This Privacy Policy explains how AQUBETA Agent, an internal automation system operated by AQUBETA Indonesia, accesses and uses data from the Google account aqubetaindonesia@gmail.com via the Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs).
What data we access
AQUBETA Agent connects to the aqubetaindonesia@gmail.com Google account to read and manage emails, calendar events, spreadsheets, and documents that belong to AQUBETA’s own business operations.
How we use this data
- Scheduling and managing meetings and calendar events (e.g. client meetings, partnership signings, internal appointments)
- Sending and reading business correspondence via Gmail on behalf of AQUBETA
- Maintaining internal customer, sales, and financial records in Google Sheets/Docs
Data sharing
Data accessed through this integration is used solely for AQUBETA’s internal business operations. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except where required to operate the service itself (e.g. delivering a calendar invite to a meeting participant the AQUBETA team has chosen to invite).
Data security
Access is limited to AQUBETA’s own automation system and authorized personnel. Credentials are stored locally on AQUBETA-controlled infrastructure and are not accessible to outside parties.
